Ben Partington was my Service Advisor for a comprehensive maintenance servicing visit, and seasonal tire swap for my wife's 2015 C Class Mercedes on April 15-16. He was friendly, technically knowledgeable, well-informed and creatively helpful in assessing the needs, and agreeing on the priorities for the continued operation of the vehicle, which is subject to low annual use/mileage. I would highly recommend him to any Star Motors customer.
