Dan and Toni in the sprinter Service division were pleasant and courteous to deal with. The assessed and explained to me the main issues and with my consent, they were repaired in a timely fashion. The van runs a lot better. The big bonus was the loaner vehicle. Thanks guys.
Had an issue with my EQS not able to use the DC charger. The staff especially Ben, Jessica and Diego took my car and charged it , washed it and I pick it up the next day That is what I would call ALL STAR service Thank you very much All of the staff was very friendly and helpful
Had a major repair job to do on my wife’s 2013 C300. Ben Partington did a great job of managing the diagnosis and quotation. Quote was almost $1,000 less than quote from Country Hills Mercedes in Calgary. Car was ready ahead of Ben’s time estimate. Very pleased all around !
