Recently my wife and I experienced a problem with our EQE 500 sedan that required it to be towed to a dealership for service. Absolutely amazing experience at Star Motors. My 06 Sprinter broke down while van travelling. Every mechanic is the area kept saying busy season but Dan was able to accommodate and get my engine looked at as soon as I towed it in. They were able to troubleshoot my leaking fuel and get me back on the road quickly. Recommend to anyone in the area. Excellent service, great communication; they really show how much they care.

My 2022 sprinter work van had alignment issue, contacted Daniel in service sprinter shop. He advised me for repair with high knowledge. He knew i am working with my van and booked the best time to not affect my work schedule. He checked in the van and mentioned tires getting low. Found decent deal for four tires and installed at the same time of repair. Daniel is very professional for his job and made my day very easy. Van backed to work next day with no issue.
