Even though I was obviously not a Mercedes client (bought a 18 year old used trade-in), everyone, especially Mony, was extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating. We received the whole package (wash, theft security stickers, etc.) and they helped us to get the safety inspection and registration done in no time. Absolutely nothing I could criticize! This past October 2023, when I serviced my vehicle to switch out the wheels for winter wheels and noticed afterwards that there was a significant scratch on one of the winter rims.
