Our Mobile Service technicians are equipped to provide a range of services including:

(Note: tires must be already installed and mounted on rims)

Important Mobile Service Restrictions and Considerations

The following services are NOT eligible for Mobile Service must be performed on premises at the Star Motors dealership:

• Complete Oil Change A and B Services
• Tire Balancing and Tires Not Already On Rims Requiring Installation
• Alignments and Alignment Checks
• Complete Brake System Repairs and Services
• Other Major Repair and Maintenance Services Requiring Specialized Tools Available Only In Dealer

Vehicles unable to start or move are not eligible for Mobile Service.
Please call Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance at 1-800-387-0100 or the towing company of your choice to arrange to have the vehicle brought to the Star Motors dealership.

Special Space Considerations for Indoor / Apartment / Underground Mobile Service.
The Mobile Service Sprinter Van requires a minimum entrance height of 10 feet and working area of 24 by 15 feet.  Please call us before booking to confirm you have the available site requirements for mobile service.

All indoor and outdoor home / office work surfaces must be flat for safety.
