Star Motors of Ottawa will begin construction in our Service Department on Monday, March 23, 2026.

The goal of this project is to create a renewed and improved service space with better tools, more comfort, and improved service capabilities for our customers.

We will remain open for service during construction, and our team will be available to assist you every step of the way.

How to Access the Service Department During Construction

Step 1: Park at the Main Entrance

Customer Parking Location

Please park your vehicle near the main entrance of the dealership.

This will be the best and safest place to park during construction.

Step 2: Use the Service Department Entrance

Service Department Door

After parking, walk to the designated door for Service Department access, as shown in the image. This door will remain open.

Step 3: Visit the Service Desk Reception

Once inside, proceed to the Service Desk Reception.

Our friendly service advisors will be ready to help you with your appointment or questions.
